Fiat Farms Enterprise Ltd ( FFE) shall be the most preferred supplier of organic poultry and Goat meat products in Eastern Uganda by 2028. Our portfolio of poultry and Goat products shall be high quality, accessible and trusted.

We shall recruit small scale poultry farmers in the community to become “poultry out growers” with the aim of aggregating their farm produce to enable them access stable and profitable urban markets. Our core target consumers are urban and semi urban dwellers, below 40Yrs, occasional users of Poultry and Goat products. They are active energetic individuals seeking trusted and affordable protein. While some of these Individuals live alone, they are mostly families seeking trusted and accessible quality nourishment to fuel their healthy busy lifestyles. They are active busy people who are healthy conscious but often seek to invest in their health and that of their families through conscious wellbeing meal choices. Although they are budget conscious and often looking for good deals, they are willing to pay a reasonable premium for quality healthy products. They currently consume poultry and goat products occasionally , often during the Weekend, end of month or special occasions when there is something to celebrate.
